Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist at Instructure, Inc. will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships for Instructure's educational technology products.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform marketing strategies.
* Create and edit engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters, ensuring brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
* Manage and update marketing collateral, presentations, and other sales enablement materials.
* Track and analyse marketing campaign performance data, generating reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimize results.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Support event planning and execution, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
* Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the software, technology, or education industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from marketing metrics.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
