Motion Graphic Designer for Academian's Media eLearning team responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations that translate complex concepts into visually compelling learning content. The role bridges instructional design and creative production to enhance digital learning experiences across various educational platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and produce motion graphics, animations, infographics, explainer videos, and UI-based motion elements for eLearning courses and training modules. Collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, developers, and project managers to ensure visual consistency, accessibility standards, and timely delivery of multiple deliverables while incorporating feedback efficiently.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) with strong motion design principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling expertise. Knowledge of video formats, LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas), web/mobile optimization, and demonstrated excellent communication and collaborative team skills.
Qualifications: 5-6 years of professional experience in motion graphic design with significant focus on the e-learning industry. Proven portfolio demonstrating eLearning animation, video production, and instructional design collaboration.

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our Media eLearning team. The role focuses on designing and developing engaging motion graphics and animations that support digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with instructional designers, media producers, and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling learning content.
Required Skillset
- 5-6 years of experience in Motion Graphic Designer, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.
- Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and video assets for eLearning courses, training modules, and digital media.
- Interpret storyboards, scripts, and design guidelines to create visually engaging and instructionally effective animations.
- Produce infographic-style animations, explainer videos, and UI-based motion elements for learning content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers developers, and project managers to ensure alignment during the production
- Edit and enhance videos using b-rolls, graphics, icons, text, and audio as required.
- Ensure visual consistency, branding, and adherence to accessibility and quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines.
- Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and best practices in digital learning.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop and other releated tools.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and optimization for web, LMS, and mobile platforms.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
