Collaborate with process owners and cross-divisional teams to define training needs and coordinate QMS-related training initiatives.
Skills & Tools: LMS administration and software proficiency, experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong departmental collaboration skills, and familiarity with QMS principles. User support and troubleshooting abilities are essential for resolving LMS issues and supporting daily QMS workflows.
Qualifications: High school diploma with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of related experience in a regulated industry. Preferred qualifications include LMS administration experience and familiarity with QMS principles.

Compensation: $73K–$157K/yr

Job Description

Join the Ortho Tech division as a Senior QMS Training Specialist and help strengthen the shared services QMS team. In this role, you will support the vision of Ortho Tech by driving a compliant, scalable training program that improves and maintains our Quality Management System. Your work will empower employees and directly influence the quality of the life‑changing orthopaedic products we deliver.

Preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time zones.

What You Will Do:

  • Administer and enhance the division’s training program in the LMS to ensure alignment with QMS requirements.

  • Establish, update, and evaluate training curricula, user groups, and assignments to maintain accurate compliance.

  • Collaborate with process owners and managers to define training needs and ensure employees receive correct, timely assignments.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through metrics such as assignment accuracy, completion rates, and audit‑readiness.

  • Support daily QMS workflows, including documentation and system upkeep.

  • Partner with divisional and cross‑divisional teams to coordinate training for employees supporting Ortho Tech processes.

  • Coordinate with Corporate LMS Shared Services to maintain consistent LMS functionality and administration.

  • Provide user support by troubleshooting LMS inquiries and resolving assignment issues.

  • Contribute to departmental QMS discussions and support additional QMS tasks beyond training.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience

  • Experience working in a regulated industry

Preferred:

  • LMS administration experience

  • Experience with LMS software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience interfacing with various departments

  • Familiarity with QMS principles

$72,500 - $157,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
