Role Snapshot

Temporary Training Designer at Elevo Learning responsible for creating high-impact, performance-driven learning experiences that translate strategy into measurable behavior change. Role designs asynchronous courses, blended learning experiences, and structured learning journeys across multiple training initiatives in a primarily remote setting.

Key Responsibilities: Design role-based learning paths, certifications, and onboarding programs; develop blended learning experiences (ILT, VILT, microlearning); create asynchronous courses using advanced authoring tools; build facilitator guides and performance support tools; analyze learner data to refine training content based on operational feedback.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodology; proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Captivate, and Vyond; strong writing skills; data-informed mindset; ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications: Required expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and modern authoring tools; strong writing skills and data-informed decision-making capability; experience with performance impact analysis preferred.
Location: Los Angeles, California
Compensation: $41–$46/hr
