Lead engineering teams at Craft Education to develop innovative educational technology products that address skilled labor shortages through work-based learning pathways. Spearhead the technical vision and strategy for products serving the apprenticeship and workforce development sector.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical and architectural leadership with excellent communication abilities and proficiency in software development processes. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science or related field preferred. Five years of experience leading software engineering teams required.
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: $163K–$294K/yr
