Key Responsibilities: Organize graduation petition paperwork, oversee collection processes to ensure accurate graduation lists, compile and verify final course requirements against degree requirements and approvals, and maintain the computerized degree audit system by programming curriculum changes and troubleshooting user issues. The position also includes providing training to end users and entering department-approved academic overrides.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with ability to manage complex graduation and degree verification processes. Technical proficiency with degree audit systems, programming capability for curriculum updates, and excellent communication skills for training and user support.
Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in higher education administration, records management, or a related field. Familiarity with student information systems and degree audit software is preferred.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $38K–$52K/yr (estimated)
