Summary

RBT Training Coordinator responsible for implementing and delivering comprehensive RBT training programs and clinical support to new hires across multiple service settings. This role directly impacts the quality of ABA services provided to children with autism by ensuring staff competency and readiness.

Key Responsibilities: Implement 40-hour RBT coursework, provide clinical training and post-training support to new hires across in-school, community, home, and EI center settings, facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, host monthly support meetings, conduct RBT exam prep classes, and complete administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Tools: Must possess current RBT certification and demonstrated leadership abilities; requires strong clinical knowledge of ABA principles, training delivery capability (both in-person and virtual), ability to support staff through onboarding processes, and competency in assessing trainee performance.
Qualifications: Must hold a current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification; should have training experience or clinical background in ABA. Physical ability to stand/move 75% of day, lift up to 40 pounds, and engage in various floor-based activities required.
Location: Owings Mills, Baltimore County, Maryland (500 Redland Court, Owings Mills, MD 21117); 8:30am-5pm on-site position
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $38,000 โ€“ $50,000/year based on title, seniority, and Baltimore County market rates.
