Role Snapshot

Enterprise K-12 Success Manager responsible for building relationships with Southern California educational district leaders and driving customer success for an AI-powered literacy intervention platform. This individual contributor role focuses on onboarding new clients and driving data-driven discussions to enhance literacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, establish and maintain strong partnerships with district leadership, and engage in data-driven conversations regarding literacy intervention and solutions. Travel up to 50%+ within Southern California territory.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS sector with proven ability to achieve 90%+ renewal rates and expansion goals. Strong understanding of reading assessment, Science of Reading research, and data-driven instruction preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required; 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS industry with demonstrated software implementation expertise. Preferred qualifications include education administration experience or start-up background.
Location: California
Compensation: $100K–$130K/yr
