Role Snapshot
Success Manager for an EdTech company supporting K-12 literacy education in North Dakota and Idaho. Drive customer engagement and data-driven conversations with district leadership to maximize the impact of an AI-powered tutoring platform.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with district leadership, onboard new customers, and conduct data-driven conversations regarding literacy intervention strategies. Travel 50%+ to engage with enterprise-level K-12 districts.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with proven capacity to implement software solutions in education. Data-driven mindset with preferred expertise in reading assessment, Science of Reading research, and educational data analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required; 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS industry with demonstrated 90%+ renewal rates and expansion goal achievement. Preferred: background in education administration, start-up experience, and grounding in literacy education.
Location: North Dakota and Idaho
Compensation: $100K–$130K/yr
