Role Snapshot

The Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Articulate ensures customer satisfaction and drives product adoption post-sale for ~250-300 mid-market accounts, focusing on onboarding, renewals, and account expansion within the SaaS learning platform segment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers through their entire lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, and renewal; conduct business reviews, navigate contract negotiations, forecast renewal revenue, and collaborate with Sales on account planning to maximize retention and net revenue retention.
Skills & Tools: Customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong discovery and critical-thinking skills, high commercial acumen, and proven ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications: 5+ years of customer-facing experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles in SaaS with demonstrated success managing 100+ customer accounts and experience navigating complex renewals and commercial negotiations.
Location: United States
Compensation: $77K–$102K/yr
