Role Snapshot
Senior Visual Designer joining Superhuman's Growth Design team to create high-quality visual assets that enhance customer experiences across digital platforms. The role focuses on optimizing the customer journey from discovery through long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute visual assets for web and mobile products, experiments, and growth materials while developing processes for asset production and intake. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions, advocate for design quality standards, and incorporate data-driven insights to iterate on designs.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools, strong understanding of typography, color theory, graphic design, and layout, plus excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail and project management skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 4+ years of visual design experience; familiarity with motion graphics and UX/UI principles preferred.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $171K–$235K/yr
