Role Snapshot

Lead high-visibility SaaS implementations for higher education institutions as a Senior Project Manager at Ellucian, managing complex cloud transformation projects across multiple concurrent initiatives. Drive successful project outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination within the EST Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects from initiation through closure using the Ellucian Implementation Methodology, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing quality, risk, resources, and change management. Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and client stakeholders, leading status meetings, tracking dependencies, anticipating risks, and driving proactive solutions.

Skills & Tools: Proven expertise in leading SaaS and cloud transformation implementation projects with strong project management disciplines (PMP or Agile certifications preferred). Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, team leadership, risk identification, resource coordination, and clear communication across technical and functional domains.

Qualifications: Extensive experience managing complex, high-visibility projects with certifications in cloud and project management methodologies required. Background in higher education SaaS implementations preferred but not required; must be available during EST Time Zone business hours.

Location: United States

Compensation: $95K–$135K/yr
