Daybreak Health is seeking an LCSWA Supervisor to provide remote mental health teletherapy services to students across North Carolina, contributing to a compassionate community dedicated to improving student well-being.

Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based teletherapy, build relationships with students and families, collaborate with school counselors, provide psychoeducation to caregivers, and participate in team discussions.

Skills: Expertise in mental health therapy, teletherapy experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with schools and caregivers effectively.

Qualifications: LCSW Supervisor license in North Carolina is preferred; experience with school settings and mental health services is desirable.

Location: North Carolina - Remote

Compensation: $80 - $130 / Hourly

About the Role: Remote Mental Health Therapist (North Carolina)

We are looking for associate mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students across North Carolina As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: LCSW Supervisors

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
• Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
• Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.
• Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
