Job Description

Join PPC as a Senior Training Specialist and help shape how the next generation of USSF Guardians integrates and synchronizes space-based capabilities in joint operations. You’ll bring your ISR and space operations expertise to develop, validate, maintain, and deliver intelligence operations training for the 319th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) at Peterson SFB, CO. This hands-on role blends on-podium instruction with curriculum development and continuous improvement ensuring training stays mission-relevant, current, and aligned with modern instructional design best practices.

About the Role: In this position, you will collaborate with mission partners, keep courseware aligned to evolving threats and doctrine, and deliver training that directly supports operational readiness.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on space capabilities, intelligence practices, and applicable joint publications.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of adversary space-system capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
  • Integrate intelligence into theater and space operations planning and execution.
  • Apply operational-level command and control (C2) constructs.
  • Brief, execute, and debrief intelligence support to tactical space operations.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain intelligence operations training materials consistent with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize curriculum relevance and currency.
  • Leverage multimedia instructional technology to support curriculum development.
  • Participate in course planning, execution, and post-course reviews.
  • Apply adult learning principles when instructing military officers in an academically diverse environment.


Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Graduate of service intelligence course with experience in one or more of the following: Targeting Fundamentals, developing threat profiles, JIPOE, and/or joint Fires
  • At least one full assignment (3+) years supporting space capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience (aligned to the duties listed above)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with curriculum development


Preferred Skills:

  • Instructor qualification (or service-equivalent certification)
  • Experience developing and delivering officer-level training
