Summary

Business Systems Administrator responsible for managing Salesforce and HubSpot integration to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations at StraighterLine's ECE division. This hands-on role ensures seamless data flow across systems and enables cross-functional teams to execute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Own Salesforce-HubSpot integration including object mappings, data hygiene, and lifecycle management; architect HubSpot marketing operations, automation workflows, and segmentation logic; optimize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts while building reports, dashboards, and Flow-based automations.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, marketing automation, data models, and integration architecture; excellent communication and analytical abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Qualifications: Experience in system design, hands-on platform execution, and lifecycle management preferred. Knowledge of sales and marketing operations best practices is advantageous.

Compensation: $70Kโ€“$100K/yr
