Role Snapshot

Lead the implementation of Paper's GROW high-impact tutoring programs across Central US school districts through in-person training and educator support. This contract role focuses on building relationships with administrators and teachers to enhance student participation and academic success.

Skills & Tools: Experience with in-person program implementation, logistics coordination, and engaging training facilitation for adult learners. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and build rapport with educators.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in education, with demonstrated knowledge of K-12 industry dynamics. Must reside in Central United States within reasonable commuting distance of a major airport.
Location: Central United States
Compensation: $35/hr
