Summary
Join Handshake as a Food Service Manager AI Trainer to evaluate and enhance AI models for the food service industry using your professional expertise. This contract role requires no prior AI experience and offers flexible, remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to food service operations, develop prompts for AI models, and assess responses based on your professional experience. Work independently on evaluating AI content and delivering structured feedback to strengthen the model's understanding of food service tasks.
Skills & Tools: At least 4 years of professional experience in food service management with strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in areas such as staff scheduling, budgeting, food preparation standards, and health regulation compliance.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in food service management or related fields, with hands-on experience in staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and food preparation standards. Experience with health and safety compliance, personnel training, and operational problem-solving is required.
Location: Remote with flexible hours; position based in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $60/hour
