The Impact You'll Have:
- Lead all aspects of Service Cloud Operations planning and executing
- Provide thought leadership in Service Cloud space through digital transformation and application implementation in Salesforce Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
- Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a manner reflective of CA core values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers; organize and lead project teams; participate and lead aspects of the key processes; contribute to CA strategic initiatives Act as a thought leader to innovate, challenge and improve the current norms and culture of Service Operations landscape
- Partner with IT and Service teams to implement best practices within the Salesforce Service Cloud space, including Call center, field service lightning, customer communities, mobile scheduling applications etc.
- Drive Service Cloud roadmap: prioritize business requests to balance the tactical and strategic needs of the business Manage a team (3-4 Analysts + Admins)
- Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in strategically designing and leading global Service Operation projects including Salesforce Service Cloud, Call Center implementation, Customer communities, Field Operations etc.
- 5+ years managing global Salesforce deployments
- 5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce teams of analysts and developers
- Experience gathering and aligning business requirements across stakeholders that span job level and function
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
- Strong planning and execution skills.
- Partner with Sales Organization to provide thought leadership in strategic projects and initiatives.

- Provide thought leadership in Sales Cloud space through digital transformation and application implementation in Salesforce
- Drive Sales roadmap: prioritize business requests to balance the tactical and strategic needs of the business
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science, information systems etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Field service applications
- Experience with Sales cloud
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $110,500. - $196,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
