Content Producer Intern supporting Tallo's Work Based Learning team by editing video content from the Real Careers, Real Journeys series while gaining hands-on experience in video production and marketing. The role combines technical video editing with creative collaboration to help early talent discover career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Edit video content for the Real Careers, Real Journeys series with quick turnaround times, assist marketing professionals with ad hoc projects and strategy, host or conduct interviews for live and recorded events, and develop creative concepts for video content redesign. Additional tasks include writing scripts, scheduling, and supporting various video production projects.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or iMovie, basic familiarity with Canva, strong written and verbal communication skills, and self-motivation to work independently. Demonstrated creativity, organizational abilities, and team collaboration are essential.
Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or GED required with prior experience editing video content for personal projects, clubs, or businesses. Ability to work 10-20 hours per week and pass a required background check.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $20–$22/hr

SUMMARY: Our Content Producer Intern will join our Work Based Learning team and support production of our video series while learning the ins and outs of Tallo. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Video

Editing: Support our Work Based Learning team by editing the content from our Real Careers, Real Journeys video series, providing quick turnaround time and learning the aspects of proper video production.

Marketing Assistance: Join the Marketing team and shadow marketing professionals while also assisting in ad hoc projects and adding your own thoughts to our overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate With Us: Attend weekly check-ins, join brainstorming sessions, and maybe some events.

Creative Direction: Come up with ideas for videos and help us redesign our video experience and strategy while also testing concepts for reusable content. On-Camera

Presence: Host, present, conduct interviews, and engage with audience during live and recorded events.

Other Stuff: Help out with other projects such as hosting video sessions, writing video scripts, scheduling, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

WHAT YOU NEED: Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalency i.e GED) Experience editing video content (your own accounts, a club's page, or helping a business. YouTube’s a plus!) Good communication (writing and talking) Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.) Can create a Tallo account and use it Ability to work 10-20 hours a week Ability to clear a required background check.

Learning environment – You'll get the opportunity to learn on the job and learn new platforms, tools, and skills to help further your development. Impactful projects – You won’t be given busy work. You’ll work on real-world business impactful projects that garner real results and contribute to our overall goals. Equipment – You'll be provided with all the equipment, technology, tools, and access to make you successful, including Tallo swag and social media kits. Potential extension – You'll receive the opportunity to extend your internship into the summer based on performance and business needs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.
