Summary
The Product Operations Analyst enhances product performance and customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, supporting product strategy, and optimizing operational workflows within design and product operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Triage and manage customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritization, partner with leadership to define and track metrics, support product development lifecycle practices, enable tools and workflows, and facilitate design and product operations improvement initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, proficiency with data-driven decision making, experience with product or operational workflows, and comfort navigating ambiguity while bringing structure to evolving systems.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience, or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $63K–$87K/yr
