Summary

Instructional Designer II at EchoStar's Training Creation team designs and delivers impactful learning solutions for Direct Sales initiatives, supporting new subscriber acquisition and customer retention across Wireless and TV products.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop online, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions including curricula and assessments using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe InDesign. Manage curriculum tracks end-to-end from needs analysis through evaluation, while maintaining platform quality and supporting the iConnect learning management system.

Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of adult learning principles with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced environment including non-core hours.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of instructional design, training, or related experience required.

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Compensation: $63,150 – $90,000/year
