Skills & Tools: Requires expertise in instructional design, program development, and training delivery. Must possess strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field with 3-5+ years of L&D experience. Credit union or financial services industry experience preferred.
