Compensation: $65000 - $80000 / Annually
SUMMARY
The successful Sr. Team Manager (Sr. TM) is a driven leader with a strategic mindset who will deliver exceptional personnel and customer experience results. The Sr.TM will partner with the General Manager to develop and execute a successful team strategy. They will directly lead our Team Managers to create the healthiest team culture possible by ensuring the team is fully staffed with high potential leaders that are engaged, trained, and able to execute world class fundraising campaigns.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead & Develop Team Managers - Lead the Team Managers in cohesive systems and processes to ensure maximum training effectiveness and clear quality assurance measures to drive excellent program results.
- Local Team Leadership - The Sr. TM will be responsible for driving business success through effective management of our team members in one or multiple cities assigned by the General Manager.
- Recruiting & Hiring - Drive successful recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes to ensure a fully staffed and talented team. This includes working with the Team Manager & Digital Sourcing Specialists to recruit top talent through team member referrals, pipeline relationships, and online sourcing.
- Training & Quality Assurance - Design & implement a training strategy that ensures our clients receive excellent on-campus service and care. They will create resources and systems to track program excellence throughout the school year.
- Market Operations - Oversee all people and operational systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness while executing operational strategies to drive profitability.
