Summary
Product Owner for Workday FINS (Financial Management System) at Nelnet, responsible for guiding the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support financial operations and compliance. This role bridges business stakeholders and development teams to deliver financial solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements for Workday FINS based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and business users to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in Workday FINS or similar financial management systems with proficiency in product management methodologies and agile practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field with 5+ years of product management or financial systems experience. Proven track record of successful Workday implementations or product ownership in financial services environments.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100K–$125K/yr
