Role Snapshot

SweetRush is seeking a certified StrengthsFinder Facilitator to lead impactful in-person workshops for a financial services client in Chicago. This freelance role focuses on helping teams unlock their potential through CliftonStrengths assessments and tailored coaching.

Key Responsibilities: Lead high-energy on-site workshops, customize curriculum to client needs, provide individual and group coaching, and help teams create action plans to apply their strengths in daily roles. Navigate group dynamics assertively while fostering collaboration and improving team communication through StrengthsFinder insights.

Skills & Tools: Expert-level knowledge of CliftonStrengths/StrengthsFinder framework, extensive in-person workshop facilitation experience, dynamic presentation skills, and ability to handle diverse group dynamics with empathy. Bonus skills include DiSC certification and instructional design experience.

Qualifications: Gallup Certification in CliftonStrengths is required, along with proven experience leading corporate professional development workshops. Must be able to provide a video portfolio demonstrating facilitation style and be available on-site in downtown Chicago from late February through late March.

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Compensation: $75–$150/hr
