Qualifications: Experience in technology or education sectors, comfort with high volume interactions, ability to adapt in a startup environment.
Location: San Francisco, with in-person attendance required 3 days a week and travel up to 50%.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $110,000.
Position Summary:
Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable childcare providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace.
Wonderschool is looking for an exceptional Provider Onboarding Manager to support our provider network through product onboarding, business sustainability, and growth and licensing. You will interact daily with Providers and are quick to learn about technology products and licensing regulations.
You will:
- Deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process for Providers
- Train and onboard Providers to the Wonderschool suite of products
- Support new Providers in their journey to become opened and licensed
- Help Providers grow their businesses and make more money
- Be super organized; track provider journey in CRM (Hubspot)
- Travel up to 50%
- Empower Providers to be self-starters, to proactively find answers to their questions, and to become adept users of Wonderschool’s products
- Work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering to report issues and bugs
- Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the provider team
- Require in person attendance 3 days a week
You have:
- 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in the technology or education space
- Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video demos, and audio calls
- Prior experience using Hubspot or another CRM solution
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
