Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or related roles with demonstrated success working alongside product and engineering teams. Track record of managing multiple integrations or partner initiatives simultaneously.

Job Description

Hyland is seeking a Partner Engineer (GSI) to support the execution of our Global Partnerships strategy by enabling technical integrations and aligning partner and Hyland product teams.

This role is responsible for driving day-to-day technical alignment with partners ensuring integrations are progressing and supporting partner readiness for go-to-market. The TPartner Engineer (GIS) partners closely with Product Engineering and Partner Sales to translate partnership needs into actionable technical work.

Responsibilities

Execute: Technical Integration & Alignment

  • Drive execution of technical integration efforts with partners (ISVs GSIs hyperscalers) ensuring alignment to defined requirements

  • Maintain visibility into partner architectures product roadmaps and technical priorities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate partner requirements and track integration progress

Enable: Partner Technical Readiness

  • Deliver partner technical enablement including training documentation and architecture guidance

  • Support partner onboarding and readiness for integrating and positioning Hyland solutions

  • Participate in solution validation technical discovery and customer architecture discussions

Support: Co-Sell & GTM Execution

  • Partner with Partner Sales Managers to ensure technical readiness for co-sell opportunities

  • Translate integrations into clear technical value propositions

  • Provide technical support during deal cycles to help progress opportunities

Coordinate: Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as a senior individual contributor liaison between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering and Solutions

  • Track and escalate technical blockers impacting integration or partner success

  • Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders

Optimize: Execution & Scale

  • Provide professional feedback on integration quality and partner readiness to inform standards and best practices

  • Contribute to improving documentation and reusable technical assets

  • Support scaling of repeatable integration patterns through documented guidance and shared technical assets

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships solution engineering integrations or related roles

  • Strong understanding of APIs cloud platforms and integration patterns

  • Experience working with product and engineering teams

  • Ability to manage multiple integrations or partner initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional matrixed environment
