Alabama State University, Office of Technology Services invites applications for the position of Digital Services Coordinator.ย This positions plays a critical role in managing and overseeing various digital services across the university campus, and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of paperless form systems, ID card services, meal plan management, and providing technical support for a range of digital systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Campus-Wide Paperless Form Systems
  • Oversee Daily Operations of ID Card Services and Meal Plan Management
  • Perform On-Call Duties for Emergencies and Equipment Failures
  • Respond to and Troubleshoot Facility Equipment and Card Access Issues
  • Provide Technical Support for Digital Services Across Campus
  • Train Staff and Students on Digital Systems and Best Practices
  • Collaborate with Various Departments to Improve Digital Workflows
  • Ensure Compliance with University Policies and Data Security Regulations
  • Perform Tier 2 Helpdesk Duties as Assigned
  • Perform Orientations as Assigned

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in digital services management or a similar role, strong knowledge of paperless systems and workflow automation, experience with ID card management systems and meal plan administration, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with financial reconciliation processes required.
