Reporting to the Vice President, One KIPP Delivery, and partnering closely with the Regional Superintendents, who lead Regional Impact pods, this role is the operational backbone of the pod, combining logistics, data, implementation tracking, and thought partnership to ensure KF collectively supports regions effectively. The Director's primary function is to be a trusted operational partner to the Regional Superintendent, blocking and tackling for them to run the business of the regional pods so they can focus on supporting regional leaders. The Director owns the systems and routines that enable the pod’s success, anticipates and resolves risks before they reach the Regional Superintendent, and demonstrates the independent judgment needed to drive progress with minimal oversight.
