Role Snapshot
Senior Customer Success Manager at Superhuman (Grammarly) responsible for managing enterprise account relationships and driving maximum value from AI-powered productivity solutions. The role focuses on post-sales lifecycle management, contract renewals, and strategic account expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Own the full post-sales customer lifecycle including onboarding, activation, and long-term success for enterprise accounts. Lead renewal strategies, conduct strategic account reviews, drive product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver enablement experiences aligned with customer goals.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of Customer Success experience with enterprise SaaS, exceptional relationship management and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, familiarity with AI and LLMs, and proficiency with CRM tools. Ability to engage C-level executives and deep understanding of subscription models preferred.
Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts with proven renewal and expansion track record. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Key Accounts teams.

Compensation: $141Kβ$206K/yr
