The Customer Success Manager drives adoption, satisfaction, and retention of Echo360's educational products for higher education and corporate clients. This role focuses on account management, relationship building, and renewals to enhance overall customer success.
Key Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include account management and renewals, relationship management with customers, showcasing product value through data-driven insights, conducting performance reporting, and driving customer engagement strategies. The CSM serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), technical savvy with SaaS applications, and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight are essential. Cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and product expertise are also required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management. Knowledge in academic technology or instructional design is a plus.
