Role Snapshot

Senior Training Developer for Leidos' Intel Sector supporting U.S. Space Force and Air Force SATCOM systems. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering blended-learning solutions that enhance cybersecurity and operational readiness for mission-critical communications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement blended-learning solutions (classroom, CBT/WBT) for complex multi-node software systems; develop certifiable training programs, instructional content, and job aids while collaborating with SMEs, instructors, and technical teams. Instruct adult learners, maintain training environments, and evaluate/refine instructional programs based on learning objectives and assessment data.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in instructional systems design, platform delivery design, technical training development, and adult learning methodologies. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments and partner effectively with system engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, or related field with 12+ years training experience (or additional experience substituting for degree); 7+ years platform delivery design and development; 3+ years recent hands-on technical classroom instruction.

Location: Savage, Maryland

Compensation: $105K–$190K/yr
