Remote Mental Health Therapist position with Gaggle to conduct video therapy sessions for K-12 students, emphasizing student safety and well-being. Role focuses on providing flexible, teletherapy support to students regardless of their ability to pay.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients to enhance their mental health and well-being. Spend approximately 90% of time on clinical work and 10% on administrative tasks.
Skills & Tools: Independent mental health counseling license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar) and strong technology skills for video sessions. Experience working with K-12 children and bilingual Spanish capability preferred.
Qualifications: Must hold an independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services. Minimum 2+ years of counseling experience preferred; dual state certification is a plus.
Location: Pasco, Washington
