Remote mental health therapist providing teletherapy services to K-12 students and school staff through Gaggle's school-funded program. Focus on improving student mental health and well-being with complete scheduling flexibility and no insurance billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients to support their mental health needs, with 90% clinical work and 10% administrative duties. Sessions are funded directly by schools, allowing therapists to focus primarily on therapeutic work rather than billing and insurance matters.

Skills & Tools: Strong technology skills for conducting video therapy sessions remotely. Ability to provide culturally competent mental health counseling services to children and adolescents, with Spanish language capability preferred.

Qualifications: Must hold an independent mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or supervised associate license. Minimum experience working with K-12 age children required; 2+ years of counseling experience preferred, with dual state certification as a plus.

Location: In-Person - Randolph, GA

Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr (estimated)

Responsibilities:

Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health
90% clinical / 10% admin

Requirements:

Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar)
Strong technology skills
Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients and have Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured
Experience working with children in the K-12 age range

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of counseling experience
Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish
Dual state certification is a plus!
