Role Snapshot

Product Support Associate role at CommonLit, a nonprofit edtech organization, providing exceptional customer support to educators and students while advocating for user needs and platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to user inquiries via email and live chat, investigate and resolve technical issues, track user suggestions for improvements, and maintain FAQ resources. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and District Success teams to escalate issues and communicate customer-driven solutions.
Skills & Tools: Excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, empathy, and a willingness to learn quickly. Experience with edtech programs and customer support best practices is beneficial.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in education or customer support. Teaching experience in K-12 education and experience working with underserved communities are highly valued.
Location: United States
Compensation: $60K–$70K/yr
