Position Summary:
The Launch Program Manager is EverDriven’s primary project manager and accountable for leading complex, high-visibility client onboardings. In this role, you will own the full launch lifecycle. From initial scoping and planning through supply readiness, launch execution, and stabilization, ensuring new markets and clients stand up successfully and transition smoothly to steady-state operations.
Beyond individual launches, the Launch Project Manager plays a key role in EverDriven’s broader Stakeholder Onboarding initiative, a company-wide effort to standardize and scale how we bring new clients on board. You will contribute to playbook development, process implementation, and adoption efforts as this program moves from design through full operationalization.
Salary Range: $105K-$130K/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location – Denver based
How You Will Make an Impact:
Launch Project Management & Onboarding Ownership
• Own end-to-end project management for complex, high-visibility client onboardings from initial scoping through formal handoff to steady-state operations
• Drive all launch gates: scope validation, SOW development, project planning, supply readiness, launch execution, and post-launch stabilization
• Evaluate incoming projects for scope and complexity; confirm project classification and ownership in coordination with Field Operations
• Build and maintain the Asana project plan and project charter for each launch, including task assignment, milestones, client-specific subtasks, and risk tracking
• Lead scope meetings, internal SOW alignment, kick-off calls with clients, and stand-up cadences across cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversight of driver recruitment tracking, SP validation, and vetting management; hold S&I accountable for recruiting and supply readiness reporting throughout the launch funnel
• Drive daily and weekly stakeholder updates, KPI monitoring for the first 30 days, incentive tracking, and the internal postmortem
Broader Initiative Implementation
• Provide interim leadership and operational support during market/area transitions or leadership gaps
• Deliver “hot spot” support by triaging struggling Areas, identifying root causes, and guiding the creation and execution of action plans
• Support and execute special operations projects aligned with organizational priorities
• Drive adoption of new workflows and process changes; track implementation outcomes and feed learnings back to the Business Process Improvement Team
• Provide oversight and reinforcement of rolled-out operational workflow changes to ensure consistency, adoption, and effectiveness
What You Will Bring to EverDriven:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• 5+ years of experience in logistic operations, or client services, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• 3 + years proven project management skills—you can own a project plan, drive accountability across functions, and keep a complicated launch on track
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships at senior levels
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Clear, direct communicator who can manage up, across, and with external clients without losing time
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana preferred), Microsoft Office, and CRM/data platforms
• Must pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
