Summary
Handshake is seeking Instructional Coordinators to evaluate AI model outputs based on professional expertise in education and provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of instructional tasks. This remote, contract position requires no prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop AI prompts, evaluate model responses, and provide feedback based on professional standards in education and instructional design. Assess content quality and deliver structured feedback that strengthens the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of professional experience in instructional roles, education evaluations, training, and curriculum development. Expertise in assessing and developing educational programs with strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational standards.
Qualifications: Background in education, instructional design, or related instructional fields with at least 4 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, teacher training, educational program evaluation, or similar instructional coordination work.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $85/hour
