The Solutions Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving Echo360’s revenue growth by serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor during the sales process. This dynamic position requires a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and customer-facing expertise to demonstrate and deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and align with their business goals. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Executive teams, the Solutions Consultant will leverage deep domain knowledge to position Echo360’s SaaS solutions as indispensable assets across multiple industry markets.

In this role, you will lead discovery workshops to uncover customer pain points, craft compelling business cases, and deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of our solutions. With a strong background in technology sales and SaaS environments, you will scope and execute impactful proofs-of-concept while fostering trust-based relationships with L&D leaders, IT professionals, and other key stakeholders. This role also involves staying ahead of competitive trends, contributing to product development through customer feedback, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives such as conferences, executive briefings, and trade shows.

The Primary Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team that pursues customers and prospects across multiple industry markets
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Articulate and document customer challenges (both technical and business) and goals.
  • Scope, plan and execute demos and proofs-of-concept as required to ensure prospects clearly understand the value which can be generated by Echo360 solutions
  • Build relationships as trusted advisors to technical stakeholders including L&D Leaders, IT team members, and key faculty
  • Partner with the account team to craft compelling business cases which highlight the value of the Echo360 solutions
  • Understand the competition and use knowledge to effectively position Echo360 to win.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

  •  Undergraduate/Graduate with Computer Science or equivalent technical Major
  • 3+ years of successful experience in technology sales
  • Abilities to work in customer facing environment with excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on technical problem-solving experience
  • General knowledge on Cloud Platforms, experience with Learning Management systems, video products, and testing systems a plus.
  • Business Analytics, Analytics / Machine Learning tools
  • Previous experience selling SaaS solutions

This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States. For US-based positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

The base salary range for this position is $100K - $120K annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
