Role Snapshot
The Revenue Operations Program Manager leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market teams through improved systems, data management, and reporting. This role focuses on implementing scalable operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Support functions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, manage systems implementations and integrations, develop reporting frameworks and dashboards, identify process gaps, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency. Communicate goals and drive adoption of new tools and workflows across GTM functions.
Skills & Tools: Experience in project management, CRM implementation, and revenue operations principles with strong collaboration and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools and business systems is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in EdTech. Demonstrated experience with systems implementation and data management is required.
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: $95K–$130K/yr
