Partner Operations Manager overseeing operational projects for Fullstack Academy and Simplilern's university and tech partnerships, reporting to Senior Director of Partnership Success. The role combines project management, operational implementation, and partner communication to support strategic educational partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain partnership reporting on KPIs (enrollment, revenue, student feedback), track student data via spreadsheets/LMS/CRM, manage partnership project statuses, communicate with university and tech partners, document processes, maintain certificate production, and coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Enrollment, Finance, and other departments.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel and Word (Monday.com preferred), excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with teams, and documentation management expertise.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, product management, business operations, or project management; undergraduate degree in business or technical domain preferred. Must demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and proven success driving projects to completion.

Job Title : Partner Operations Manager Job Description

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnership Success the Partner Operations Manager will

oversee operational projects related to Fullstack Academy and Simplilern’s university and tech

partnerships. This is a dynamic role that includes project management, operational

implementation, and partner communication. Project management, scheduling, organizing,

record-keeping, reporting, and handling information flow are key elements of this role. As a

Partner Operations Manager, you will have a great opportunity to work with a leading

educational brand, get exposure to the U.S. education market and to top tier U.S. universities

and tech companies.

Create and maintain reporting for university and tech partnerships, including KPIs such

as enrollment, revenue share, and student feedback

- Track student data required for partner reporting using software such as spreadsheets,

learning management systems, and a CRM

- Track partnership projects and statuses using internal CRM and project management

tools

- Communicate with university and tech partners and tracking meeting agendas and

action items

- Document processes and procedures with an eye towards long-term scalability

- Interface directly with university and tech partners on requests, meeting scheduling, etc

- Maintain the university graduation certificate production and distribution process

- Work cross functionally with other departments including Marketing, Enrollment, Student

Success, Finance and Admissions to fulfill university and tech partner requests

- Formulate project plans for other partnership needs and own implementation

Previous working experience in at least one of the following areas: Relationship

management, product management, business operations, or project management

- Undergraduate degree in business or technical domain is preferred,

- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Capable of maintaining strong relationships

- Proven success organizing and driving projects to and beyond stated targets

- The ability to operate and execute independently, while collaborating with internal

teams and leadership to get the support you need to drive success

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Proactive and deadline driven professional

- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools - proficient in

Excel and Word (Knowledge of Monday.com a plus)
