Skills & Tools: Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, problem-solving and process improvement skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong English literacy, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Preferred: experience with Kaplan's content management systems and proprietary tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 2+ years of experience in a technical or operations role. Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and learn various business aspects as needed.

The Production Assistant, Insurance supports Kaplan Professional’s mission by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and timely delivery of educational content across insurance products. This role maintains and manages content within internal systems while assisting in the development and updating of print and digital learning materials. The incumbent is expected to ensure content quality, support course builds and releases, and contribute to efficient content production processes. Primary/Key Responsibilities Annuity Product Training (APT) course builds, product setups, cross-functional collaboration with other teams, and other assigned tasks (End Result: APT contractual service levels are met. Course content is up to date and released in a timely manner.) Live online class, online course, and package builds, setups, and other assigned tasks (End Result: Course content is up to date and released in a timely manner.) APT course, live online class, online course, and package functionality reviews Load documents to the LMS and send updated PPTs and PDFs to Classroom Operations Manage projects and timelines in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities Additional responsibilities/special projects as assigned. Examples include helping resolve process issues, identifying processes to keep projects moving efficiently; and processing content maintenance/errata. Provide documentation of changes to process and procedures.
