Role Snapshot
Lead early childhood education quality improvement initiatives as a PHLpreK Coach for Acelero, Inc., providing coaching and professional development to programs seeking to enhance educational outcomes. Drive transformational change in eliminating achievement gaps for young children through evidence-based approaches.
Skills & Tools: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field with 18+ credit hours in ECE; 5+ years early care and education experience. Experience delivering professional development and coaching, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, proficiency with virtual coaching platforms (TORSH, My Coaching Companion).
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years early care and education experience with demonstrated coaching and professional development delivery experience. Completion of all required state training and certifications; valid driver's license required for up to 20% local or long-distance travel.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Compensation: From $77K/yr
