Role Snapshot

Lead demand generation and Account-Based Marketing strategy for RethinkCare's enterprise vertical, targeting Fortune 1000 HR and Benefits leaders through complex multi-channel campaigns. This strategic role drives high-quality pipeline and revenue growth in the behavioral health technology space.

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute enterprise-focused demand generation and ABM campaigns targeting large organizations, manage pipeline acceleration through long sales cycles, drive event strategy for executive roundtables and industry conferences, and oversee demand gen performance metrics including account engagement and pipeline velocity. Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Strategic Alliances teams to enable direct business and channel partner marketing.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience with deep Account-Based Marketing expertise, proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, strong analytical skills in attribution modeling and pipeline measurement. Expertise in navigating complex buying committees, channel marketing strategy, and understanding enterprise HR Tech/Benefits sales cycles.
Qualifications: 7+ years of B2B Demand Generation experience explicitly in Enterprise SaaS or HR Tech/Benefits with proven track record building and scaling ABM programs. Familiarity with channel marketing, intent data platforms, and ability to measure account engagement beyond traditional lead metrics.
Location: United States
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
