Summary

Join Orbis Education as an Admissions Advisor to guide nursing students through their educational journey and support institutional enrollment growth. This role combines student-centered support with business development to help prospective students succeed from initial inquiry through their first day of class.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the student admission process, manage communications with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person meetings, and promote student success while collaborating with team members. Balance autonomous work with team collaboration to handle multiple concurrent tasks including calls, emails, meetings, and coaching sessions.

Skills & Tools: Outstanding time management, clear communication across multiple mediums, high emotional intelligence, self-motivation to learn and implement, and computer literacy. Experience with CRM tools and background in customer service, consultative sales, or account management are preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required, along with a passion for education and helping others. Relevant experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.

Location: Hybrid in Latham, New York, United States

Compensation: $50,000 / annually
