Summary
Billing Specialist at Rethink Behavioral Health responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of healthcare claims for ABA service providers. The role supports the company's mission to serve individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Skills & Tools: ABA billing experience, knowledge of commercial insurance policies and state Medicaid programs, proficiency with billing software (Azalea, Tebra, Waystar, etc.), insurance portals, and Microsoft Suite. Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of billing experience in both commercial insurance and state Medicaid programs. Experience with billing software, EMR, clearinghouse systems, and insurance company websites required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $40K–$55K/yr
