Associate Product Manager at Teachmint will lead strategic product initiatives in AI-powered educational technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, scalable products that enhance user experience across a global EdTech platform.

Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while working with Data Science and Engineering teams to conceptualize and launch AI/ML-based features. Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation through performance tracking and partner with Marketing and Customer Success for effective product positioning and adoption.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset, proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma), and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred exposure to AI/ML, model evaluation metrics, and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or GA4.

Qualifications: 2-4 years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations with proven success delivering B2B or B2C products. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required; MBA is a plus.

Location: In-Person - Bangalore, India

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven, scalable products that enhance user experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business — to shape products powered by AI/ML.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong execution to transform ideas into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your product area.
Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to conceptualize and launch AI/ML-based features.
Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Analyze performance data and define evaluation metrics to measure product and model effectiveness.
Drive end-to-end product execution — from ideation, prioritization, and delivery to performance tracking and iteration.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning and adoption.

Required Skills:

2-4 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.
Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI/ML, Deep Learning, or data-centric product development.
Understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1 score, accuracy, etc.) and data quality frameworks.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or consumer product domains.
Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring AI features to market.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or GA4.
Experience managing multi-region or global product rollouts.
