Role Snapshot
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Western Governors University's Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program, from market research and program development through launch and post-launch optimization. Drive student success, program profitability, and manage P&L for this academic program.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, effective communication, collaboration, and data analysis capabilities with deep understanding of student learning outcomes and market trends. Experience with P&L management, continuous experimentation, and evidence-based decision making required.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work with LCSW/LMSW license and 4+ years of relevant experience preferred; doctorate degree and experience in online education development are beneficial.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Compensation: $119K–$185K/yr
