Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school-based and clinic settings during the 2025-2026 school year in Orinda, CA. This role offers the opportunity to empower real change in the lives of children and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school-based and clinic settings, and collaborate with educational team members, teachers, and other specialists. Maintain thorough and accurate assessment and therapy-related documentation, participate in continuing education training, and provide fieldwork supervision as needed.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration, establishing therapeutic rapport in child-centered environments, and effective communication with diverse populations. Passion for helping children reach their potential and ability to work flexibly within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications: Current California OT License or eligibility required. Fingerprint background clearance and tuberculosis (TB) clearance required; preferred experience in child-centered environments.
Location: Orinda, California
Compensation: $54–$70/hr
