Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials who joins nationwide teams to set up educational environments. The role involves unloading, assembling, and configuring classroom furniture and materials to prepare learning spaces.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during installation projects. Work is primarily scheduled during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend availability as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials, attention to detail for proper assembly and setup, teamwork and communication for coordinating with installation crews, and time management to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods. Prior experience in installation, construction, or physical labor is beneficial but not required.

Location: In-Person - Nashville, TN

Compensation: $28K–$38K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
