POSITION TITLE: Senior Account Manager
REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President, Talent Solutions
Sr. Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of national clients by building strong relationships with key enterprise contacts. You will understand the unique needs of clients and provide them with talent expertise and guidance. This role is central to sustaining long-term revenue generating partnerships, enhancing job attainment outcomes, and driving the mission of creating equity and inclusion in tech by connecting underrepresented individuals to transformative career opportunities. The individual will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Talent Solutions and be a part of the national sales team.
What you'll do:
Account and Relationship Management:
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, meeting our team's strategic and financial goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring excellent service delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Understand employer needs and tailor recommendations for tech talent placement or training programs based on company goals and challenges.
- Regularly provide employers with updates on program outcomes, cohort progress, and hiring pipelines.
Partnership Development:
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to help influence and fulfill the talent acquisition strategy
- Maintain a deep understanding of Per Scholas’ product offerings and speak with customers about most relevant features for their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Talent Solutions team to negotiate and renew partnership agreements.
- Facilitate discussions on additional engagement opportunities, such as sponsorships, mentorship programs, or co-branded events.
- Track placement metrics and use data to refine matchmaking strategies and improve employer satisfaction.
- Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry that will help you develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and our competitors.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate client needs and feedback, impacting Per Scholas’ product innovation and development, and meeting success metrics
- Serve as a thought leader and extensive source of knowledge for your colleagues in the account management team and other internal departments.
- Provide oversight and report on the health of assigned accounts across the account management team.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, including metrics on talent placements, partner satisfaction, and program impact.
- Partner with the marketing and communications team to amplify success stories and partnership highlights.
- Support training and development of current and incoming Account Managers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tech training programs, bootcamps, or workforce development organizations.
- Background in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience working within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Experience leading projects in a management or lead capacity.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
